About Us
REACT Rehab Specialist Centre is a Neuro Rehabilitation Centre, founded in the year 2011. It is located in the heart of Tirunelveli city near New Bus Station. The mission is to provide integrated, personalized and effective rehabilitation by Educating, Encouraging, Treating and Empowering the community.
It was founded by Mr.Gnanam Benny Ragland, Physiotherapist. He has over 25 years of experience in this field with more than 15 years of overseas experience.
- He has worked as a Physiotherapist in the Society of Social Services during war ravaged period in Wattala, Srilanka.
- He has been working as adjunct faculty member to support the training and education of students in the Disability Studies Program from Mount Royal College, Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
- He is specialized in Neuro Rehabilitation, Pediatric Physiotherapy and Geriatric Care.
- He has received PRIDE OF WORKMANSHIP AWARD from Rotary Club of Greentown, Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia in recognition of his outstanding services rendered and exemplary contribution in fulfilling the objectives of Professional duties.
- Our centre offers both out patient and in patient care. It manages an in-patient volume averaging 150 – 200 patients per year. We in our centre perform Initial Assessment and provide highly personalized therapy.
We are specialized in cutting edge care, and keep up-to-date with the latest techniques. We perform manual therapy, mobilization techniques, ADL training, cryotherapy, traction, electrical therapy, sensory integration and pain management. Assistive devices, Prosthetics and Orthotics if required.

The Early Intervention Program offers a variety of therapeutic and support services to eligible infants and toddlers with disabilities.
Inpatient Ward
The hospital wards are designed for patients who require complex care or continuous monitoring. These patients undergo testing, treatment and rehabilitation. The duration of treatment in an inpatient ward varies from one day to several weeks.
Nursing Care
Nurses act as patient advocates, keep patients comfortable, prevent the spread of disease, and provide ongoing care between visits with physicians.
